Tandoori Chicken Tacos with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
Chicken
8 Chicken Breasts
½ Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tbs Fresh Ginger (Minced)
1 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Tsp Paprika
1 ½ Tsp Coriander
½ Tsp Cumin
¼ Tsp Turmeric
1 ½ Tsp Fenugreek
S&P To Taste
Salsa
3 Tomatoes (Flesh only, diced)
½ Red Onion (Diced)
1 Jalapeno (Diced)
2 Mangos (Diced)
2 Tbs Cilantro (Minced)
S&P to taste
Chipotle Powder to taste
1 Tbs Lime Juice
Tacos
12 Hard Taco Shells
Abbreviate forms of measurements
Teaspoon = tsp.
Tablespoon = Tbsp.
Cup = C.
Procedure broken into paragraphs as appropriate
Mix all spices and yogurt together till fully combined
Marinate chicken in mixture overnight
In large saucepan, sear chicken breasts on medium heat
Cook chicken on low heat till tender, before shredding
For salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until incorporated
Place chicken in warmed taco shells, top with salsa and cheese of choice
