What is the structure of the kids' classes?

Our classes are designed to be primarily hands-on, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the cooking experience. By actively participating, they gain a deeper understanding of every step in the culinary process while exploring the textures, aromas, and composition of the ingredients they work with. Additionally, we incorporate a demonstration component, where our Lead Chef provides step-by-step guidance, demonstrating essential techniques and explaining the ingredients used. This combination of hands-on practice and expert instruction ensures a well-rounded and engaging learning experience.

What is the class size for kids' classes?

Each kids' class accommodates up to 16 participants. Depending on the schedule, classes will be held on either the first or second floor. Please note that the second floor is only accessible by stairs.

What is dress like for your classes?

Our dress code is casual, so feel free to wear what makes you comfortable! However, we do recommend wearing closed-toe, non-slip shoes for safety in the kitchen.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Of course! Simply inform us when you register for a class so our Executive Chef can make the necessary menu adjustments. Please note that allergies not reported at least 48 hours in advance may not be able to be accommodated.
