Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

The following policy describes what happens should you need to cancel a No Thyme to Cook class or event.

Refunds:

  • To receive a full refund, contact our office no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class.

  • Refunds will be processed via:

    1. The original payment method

    2. Transfer to another class

    3. An account credit for future use

Transfers and Account Credits:

  • If you contact us 6 to 13 days before your class:

    • You can transfer your attendance to another day or receive an account credit for future use.

    • Refunds are not available in this window.

No Refunds or Transfers:

  • Less than 5 days before the class start time, we cannot process transfers, account credits, or refunds.

  • Please note: We cannot accept, or honor cancellations made in person or over social media.

If No Thyme to Cook Cancels a Class

  • In cases of low attendance, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., power outages, facility issues):

    • We will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

    • You will receive a full refund, transfer to another class, or an account credit for future use.

  • If we do not cancel the class but you are unable to attend, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Additional Notes

  • Food Allergies or Dietary Restrictions

    • If you or any guest attending the class have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at least 72-hours prior to your class by emailing info@nothymetocook.com or calling 443-404-5500.

    • While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the shared use of kitchen equipment.

  • Class Menu Changes: We reserve the right to modify menus at any time due to ingredient availability or seasonality.

  • Tickets:

    • All classes and events are ticket-based. Ensure you have received your ticket(s) via email to secure your seat.

    • Verbal reservations or email requests without payment will not be accepted.

    • Waitlists are available for sold-out classes.

  • Class Capacity: Chefs may set maximum capacity limits to ensure guests enjoy a fulfilling experience in our kitchen studio.
