Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

The following policy describes what happens should you need to cancel a No Thyme To Cook class or event.

To receive a full refund, you must contact our office no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class/event. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Should you prefer, you can choose to receive your refund in the form of a No Thyme To Cook Gift Card. If you contact us 3 to 13 days before your event or class, you will have the ability to transfer your attendance to another day, but you are not eligible for a refund. Transfers cannot be made less than 48 hours before the start time of a class or event. Cancellations or changes can be made (1) in person at No Thyme To Cook or (2) by calling our office at 443-404-5500 during office hours. We cannot accept or honor cancellations made by email, left on voicemail, or over social media.

In the circumstance No Thyme To Cook must cancel a class or event due to low attendance, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, facility issues, inclement weather, etc.), we will attempt to notify you by email or telephone with as much notice as possible. If this occurs, No Thyme To Cook will issue a full refund to the original form of payment or, should you choose, a No Thyme To Cook gift card. However, if we do not affirmatively cancel a class or event by email or telephone and you are unable to attend, our standard cancellation policy applies. 

Please note that No Thyme To Cook reserves the right to modify class menus at any time due to ingredient availability or seasonality.

All classes and events are ticket-based. We ask that you please ensure you have received your ticket(s) to your inbox to guarantee a seat in class. We cannot accept or honor verbal reservations or email requests without payment for the class. A waitlist is available for classes that have been sold out. Chefs at No Thyme To Cook reserve the right to set a maximum capacity for classes to ensure guests receive a fulfilling experience in our kitchen studio.
