No Churn Ice Cream

  • 2 C Heavy Cream

  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


In the bowl of a stand mixer with the whip attachment, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, be sure to not over whip!

In a separate bowl mix together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Gently fold in whip cream until combined. 

Here’s where you will add any other additions or mix-ins, by simply folding them in, or layering the ice cream and mix-ins into a container!

Once deciding if fully mixing or layering grab an air tight container or tub, transfer the ice cream or layer the ice cream with the mix-ins, seal and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours.
