Hungry for something light but intensely flavorful that won’t heat up your kitchen? Join Chef Gwyn and Oakmont Olive Oil Company CEO Sharon Carroll as they create a light but luscious Mediterranean supper using a variety of flavored oils and balsamic vinegars.

You can choose one of three different options for the class:

  1. Watch and cook along virtually with us - you purchase your own ingredients

  2. Watch virtually and cook using the kit of ingredients we provide

  3. Join us in person for one of our 6 exclusive Chef’s Table seats. Your experience includes happy hour with a complimentary drink and an artisan cheese board before taping begins, a seat at the chef’s table, all of the food and drink prepared during class, and use of the second floor deck before and after class.

  4. Optional chef-selected wine pairings are also available for purchase to either go with your kit or at the Chef’s Table.
