Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 Large Idaho Potatoes (Cleaned)

  • 3 Tbs Minced Garlic

  • 2 Tbs Onion Powder

  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream

  • 3-4 Tbs Butter

  • 1 tsp Cayenne 

  • S&P To Taste

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese For Topping



Instructions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees before wrapping potatoes in foil with a splash of olive oil and s&p

Bake for roughly 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through

Allow Potatoes to cool before cutting them in half and scooping out the innards

Make sure there is enough skin left to ensure structure

In large mixing bowl combine potato innards and spices, as well as minced garlic, butter, and cream

Pipe mash mixture back into potato skins

Top with cheddar cheese and return to the oven to melt and brown cheese roughly 15 minutes before serving
