Pumpkin Hummus
2 Cans Chickpeas – drained and rinsed
Zest & Juice of 1 Orange
1/3 Cup Tahini
1/4 tsp Cayenne
⅓ tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Kosher Salt to taste
1 Can Pumpkin Puree
Pinenuts
Parsley
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Directions:
Puree chickpeas, orange juice/zest, tahini, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt and pumpkin puree in food processor until smooth.
Transfer hummus to serving dish.
Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil to cover the top. Add your preferred toppings such as pinenuts, parsley, salt and additional smoked paprika.
