Pumpkin Hummus

  • 2  Cans Chickpeas – drained and rinsed

  • Zest & Juice of 1 Orange

  • 1/3 Cup Tahini

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne

  • ⅓ tsp Cumin

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt  to taste

  • 1  Can Pumpkin Puree

  • Pinenuts

  • Parsley

  • Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Puree chickpeas, orange juice/zest, tahini, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt and pumpkin puree in food processor until smooth.

  2. Transfer hummus to serving dish.

  3. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil to cover the top. Add your preferred toppings such as pinenuts, parsley, salt and additional smoked paprika.
