Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef (80%/20% or 85%/15%)

  • 1 Egg

  • ½ C. Bread Crumbs

  • ¼ C. Milk

  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder

  • 2 tsp Onion Powder

  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 

Mix by hand until everything is combined, be sure not to overwork the mixture.

Use the desired sized scoop, or scoop by hand into rounded balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serves 4-5 @ 4 per person (yields 16-20 meatballs)
