Granny's Cream Corn Pudding
2 cans creamed corn and 1 can plain (to update you could use fresh corn) but this is how my gma made it....
1/2 small green pepper (chopped fine)
1/4 pound cheddar cheese (grated)
2 whole eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup whole milk
Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered dish. Bake at 325 for 30-40 until set and brown on top.
