Cilantro Chutney
2 bunches cilantro coarsely chopped
2 finely diced serrano chilis
3 T sugar
2 t salt
2 T ginger paste
1 small garlic cloves
2 T white vinegar
2 T lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Add all ingredients to blender
Blend until mixture is smooth
Makes 1 cup
Serves 4-6
