Caprese Salad
5 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 bunch fresh basil, torn
2 rounds fresh mozzarella, sliced
Aged balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt or other finishing salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices atop the fresh greens in a decorate pattern on a serving dish. Top with the torn basil. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Season with sea salt and pepper.
