Have you always wanted to taste some of the world’s most iconic and rare cheeses? Then you won’t want to miss our new series – Wedges & Wines. Each month we’ll explore four very different cheeses from a particular country. Ranging from soft and cream to firm and hard, cow’s to sheep’s milk and everything in between, we’ll taste some of the world’s finest cheeses while discussing their history. And of course, we’ll include our chef-picked wine pairings for each. This month we’ll spend the evening enjoying four of classic Swiss cheeses – this is not your momma’s Swiss cheese!
