Join Chef Gwyn, Carolyn Hart of Patuxent Wine & Spirits, and wine expert Eric Ruminap, as we take a deep dive into the impact terroir (the soil, water, air, etc.) has on two very different grape varietals - pinot gris and syrah. We'll sample three different vintages of each, from very different parts of the world to see how terroir affects the wines ultimate body and flavor.
