Wish you were spending the month in Italy? Us too! So let’s – virtually. Join Chef Kim as she takes us on a regional culinary tour of one of the most romantic countries in the world – and the food isn’t bad either! Each week you will be transported to a different region of Italy through food and wine.

This week, we explore the regions of Sicily and Sardinia in southern Italy while enjoying the tastes and sensations of fresh Casarecce Pasta with Polettine in Sugo (meatballs in tomato sauce) and Cannoli.

Join us in person for one of our 12 exclusive VIP Chef’s Table seats. Your experience includes happy hour with a complimentary drink and an artisan cheese board before taping begins, a seat at the chef’s table, all of the food and drink prepared during class, and use of the second floor deck before and after class.
