Each Christmas Eve, millions of Italian-American families celebrate with a Feast of the Seven Fishes – a seven-course seafood meal designed to celebrate the sea, a major connection in Italy. Today, it's considered one of the oldest Italian traditions — but we give America credit for that!

The ancient tradition of eating fish on Christmas Eve dates back to the Roman Catholic custom of abstinence from meat and dairy products on the eve of certain holidays, including Christmas. The number seven has deep roots in the Bible from the seven sacraments to the number of days involved in creation - hence the seven courses!

Join our chefs as we prepare and discuss this very special culinary custom. The menu will feature:

· Oreganata di Gamberi al Forno

· Fruitti di Mare Salad

· Baked Rockfish

· Pasta alle vongole (spaghetti with clam sauce)

· Cioppino

· Limoncello Gelato

· Cannoli & Espresso

$150/person (Limited to 12 guests)
