America’s uniquely quintessential spirit, bourbon is experiencing an unprecedented surge of popularity. And despite being made from just three simple ingredients, it’s a complex interplay of flavors and aromas embodies a culture that is as unique as America itself. Join us this month as we taste and delve into the history of four of Kentucky’s most traditionally distilled bourbons:

The evening includes a four-course gourmet meal to pair with the bourbons.

Menu:

  • Cheese Board w Maple Glazed Bacon (Mimolette, Comte, Epoisses) – Four Roses

  • Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette sauce – Blanton’s

  • Chinese Spiced Crispy Pork Belly on apple pumpkin puree, and Fennel Scented Jasmine Rice – Maker’s Mark

  • Pecan Pie with Salted Caramel Sauce – Basil Hayden’s

$150/person (includes dinner with a tasting portion of each bourbon)

VIP Experience $185/person (includes exclusive use of the back deck and bar one hour before dinner begins to enjoy a complimentary drink, appetizer & time with our special guest)
