Join Pastry Chef Bonnie for a Saturday morning of fun with choux pastry. Also known as pâte à choux, this delicate pastry dough will serve as the base for three elegant sweet and savory European treats – eclairs, gougeres and choux au craquelin. Contains only butter, water, flour, and eggs, it relies on steam to puff the pastry.

$75 in-person (watch and enjoy all of the food that is prepared during the class)
