Maryland is renowned for its robust seafood industry. Join local Guest Chef Bob Bonner as he guides you through making 3 popular Maryland Seafood dishes. Bob is the chef at Bulrushes Café and Caney Creek Catering food truck. He is the 2014 & 2016 Grand Champion of the National Oyster Festival. He took second place in the 2017 World Food Championship in the seafood category.
