Join our expert pastry chef Bonnie in the first of a four part series on artisanal breads. This month the focus is on focaccia - a flat leavened oven-baked Italian bread, similar in style and texture to pizza; in some places, it is called "pizza bianca". Incredibly versatile, focaccia can be served as a side dish or as sandwich bread. Come and see how fun and easy it is to make your own!
