Warm Cranberry Brie
This easy and elegant appetizer is perfect when guests drop by.
1 C. crushed cranberry sauce
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. rum or orange extract
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 wheel brie BIG
6 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Place the brie in an oven proof dish or pan.
Mix the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, rum and nutmeg together in a bowl and pour over the top of the brie. Top with pecans and bake in a 450° F oven for 4-5 minutes.
Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
