Orange-Glazed Salmon
2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. orange zest
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
½ tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Place the salmon, skin side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a measuring cup, combine the maple syrup, orange zest, juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the fish filets. Roast until firm and cooked through – about 6 minutes.
Garnish with toasted pine nuts
