Making Room

When you're entertaining, there never seems to be enough room in the fridge for everything. But there's an easy fix for that. Just lay cooling racks (like the ones you use with cookies) on top of baking dishes. Just be sure they are stable. Then stack more containers on top of the cooling racks to create double or even triple the storage space.
