Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond Brownies
Use Lindt Chocolate's Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond bar to make these delicious brownies. Recipe courtesy of Lindt Chocolate. We made these in last night's Chocolate, Chocolate! class. 1 large bar of Lindt's Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond, coarsely chopped
1/3 C. butter, softened
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. flour, all purpose
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8x8" square baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
In a bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until well combined.
Add the melted chocolate and stir gently until evenly incorporated. Add the flour and mix until combined. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for abotu 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out fairly clean.
Makes approximately 25 small brownies
