Crab, Spinach and Alfredo Pizza

  • 1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat

  • 1 lb. fresh spinach

  • 1 clove garlic, halved

  • 4 flatbreads

  • ½ C. alfredo sauce

  • ¾ C. shredded fontina cheese

  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 500°. 

Pick through the crab meat to remove any shells.

Cook down the spinach. Drain and squeeze dry. 

Rub the garlic over the flatbread. 

Spread the alfredo sauce over the crust.

Top with the spinach, crab, fontina, and red pepper flakes.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the crust is crisp. 

Splash with lemon juice, salt & freshly cracked black pepper
