Have you always wanted to taste some of the world’s most iconic and rare cheeses? Then you won’t want to miss our new series – Wedge & Wine. Each month we’ll explore four very different cheeses from a particular country. Ranging from soft and creamy to firm and hard, cow’s to sheep’s milk, and everything in between, we’ll taste some of the world’s finest cheeses while discussing their history. And of course, we’ll include our chef-picked wine pairings for each. In our very first class in this series, we’ll spend the evening enjoying four of our favorite French cheeses:
Epoisses – a creamy, bacony cheese from Burgundy
Comté – one of France’s most famous cow’s milk cheeses
Cantal – France’s proto Cheddar
Fourme d’Ambert – sweet, creamy, earthy blue
