Have you always wanted to learn how to make sourdough bread at home but didn’t think you could? Join our master bread baker, Chef Bonnie for a morning of starters and loaves. She’ll have you cranking out homemade loaves in no time!
Each of you will be given the opportunity to take home your own loaf of sourdough to continue proofing and bake at home! Additionally you will be given the opportunity to take home some sourdough starter to feed, nourish and make future loaves with (and hopefully hand down to your family for generations). With this in mind please bring the following with you to class:
1. A non reactive medium sized bowl (Plastic or glass will work great) to transport your dough ball/loaf home in.
2. If you would like to take some starter home please bring a jar that can hold up to a cup (8 oz).

Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
