Join certified instructor Jonna Jones for an engaging hour of all-levels yoga class where we will coordinate the breath and the body to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Yoga benefits both mind and body, helping to release the old and emboldening you to rise in confidence. It will be followed by a light meal and a complimentary glass of wine, beer, or iced tea.
