Are you tired of having to follow a recipe every time you cook? Then join Chef Jenni and Chef Elisabeth as they lead you through our new series, Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat. Based on the widely popular book by Chef Samin Nosrat, each week we’ll explore one of these four foundational elements of cooking and how to best master that in your kitchen. In this first class in the series, we will be discussing what salt does to food while sampling a variety of different foods with and without salt to experience the difference and how it can bring out the flavor in your foods.

What to Expect:
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
