Based on the widely popular book by Chef Samin Nosrat, each week we’ll explore one of these four foundational elements of cooking and how to best master that in your kitchen. In this second class in the series we will be discussing and tasting different foods to show examples of how fat works in food and distributes flavor.

What to Expect:
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
