Ever wonder why there are more than 1,200 pasta shapes? For every shape there is a purpose. In this advanced class, you will learn how to create unique pasta shapes, fillings and sauces using handmade egg dough. Pasta shapes will include: Tortellini, Fusilli, Cappellacci, Farfalle, Ravioli, and many more. Fillings will include: Spinach-Ricotta, Butternut Squash, Pecan & Italian Sausage, Prosciutto & Cheese. We will also prepare the following sauces: Butter and Fresh Sage, Pesto, Alfredo and Tomato.
