Do you have an aspiring young chef who wants to improve his or her knife skills? This is a serious hands-on class for mature young chefs (ages 8-13). We’ll be using sharp knives. And by the end of the class, you’ll be chopping like a chef!

You will work with other students in groups
These classes are limited to 12 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back (no flip flops please)
You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
Parents may stay and watch from the back of the room. A ticket is not required to watch.
