Be transported to a different time and place as Argentine Chef Katriel Menendez returns to tempt your tastebuds with the traditional tastes and smells of a gaucho dinner. A classic symbol of Argentine culture, gauchos are skilled horsemen, reputed to be brave and unruly. In this three course meal, Chef Menendez will show you how to prepare jamon y queso empanadas, locro (a traditional gaucho stew made with pork), and Panqueques con Dulce de Leche for dessert. A variety of traditional Argentine wines will also be available for purchase that evening to accompany your experience.
