We provide local pasture raised chicken. Our chickens are fed locally sourced non-gmo grain. They are moved daily to provide fresh grass and bugs to supplement their feed. We raise, care for and process all of our chickens here in Calvert County.

• Farm to Table Classes are 1 ½-2 hours, unless otherwise noted above

• Enjoy a leisurely evening as you watch our professional chefs walk you through the preparation of each of the recipes

• You will enjoy a small plate of each dish. This is not intended to be a full meal
