During this hands-on class, learn the simple step-by-step technique to making flaky, buttery croissants from scratch. Using your fresh croissant dough, you will then develop delicious sweet and savory pastries. You’ll realize that you don’t need elaborate ingredients or equipment and you’ll leave with the confidence to make your own croissants at home.
