Does the idea of what sauces to use on your food leave your head spinning? You’re not alone. But fear not! Chef Brian will show you all the tips and tricks to waking up the flavor in your foods with a variety of sauces.

Ages 16 and Older Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

What to Expect:

  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above

  • You will work with other students in groups

  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students

  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class

  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back

  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
