Upcoming Classes

All of our classes can be purchased individually or you can opt for a bundle (3 or 6 classes). With the bundle you have 3 or 6 months to use the classes (whichever classes you choose – you don’t have to pick your classes right away) and you save on each class! Bundles vary depending on the price of the class. Want a combination of classes? You can always create your own bundle. Email, call or text us to create your own personalized bundle of classes.

If you need to cancel a class, you must do so 7 days prior to the class. We will either give you a full refund or apply the fee to another class. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class will be applied to a future class. Unless otherwise indicated, all classes take place in our Prince Frederick location.
